Faun B. Cramer, 99, of Macomb, passed away at 1:35 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 2018 at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
She was born on January 10, 1919 in rural Good Hope to George and Maude Bevard Harper. She married Wayne Cramer on April 3, 1942. He passed away on June 8, 1997.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; her son, Merlin and his wife Cindi; grandson, Alan Cramer her brothers, Paul, Delbert, Arlo and Robert Harper; sisters, Donna Clemens, Vera Vogler, Helen Sperry, Mary Hunt and infant sister Lois Harper; daughter-in-law, Linda Cramer; granddaughter-in-law, Lisa Cramer and sister-in-laws, Juanita Harper, Veta Harper, Julia Harper, Pearl Ruess, Eulalia McCann and Audrey Cramer and brother-in-laws Merle Clemens, Louis Vogler, Wayne Sperry, Carl Hunt, Rex Lovejoy, Clarence Ruess, Tony McCann, and Dallas Cramer.
Faun is survived by four children, Janet (Roger) Hocker of Macomb, Keith Cramer of Macomb, Rebecca Cramer of Macomb and Ron (Shannon) Cramer of Macomb; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Joann Lovejoy of Macomb; sister-in-law, Ruth Harper of Macomb; brother-in-law and his wife, Ferrol (Julia) Cramer and many nieces and nephews.
Faun, known to many as "Penny" was a housewife, wonderful mother and loved farming, gardening, flowers and her porch swing.
She was a member of the Sciota Christian Church.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb. Rev. Kelly Ingersoll will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Macomb.
Memorials may be made to the Elms Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
