Harry Lee BakerDecember 27, 1945 ~ November 15, 2017 (age 71)
Harry Lee Baker, age 71, of Bushnell, Illinois and formerly of Macomb, passed away at 4:26 P.M. on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at his home in Bushnell.
He was born on December 27, 1945 in Macomb, Illinois the son of Thomas and Marjorie Reed Baker.
Harry is survived by two sons, Tom (Mindy Wyatt) Baker of Macomb, and Jason (Becca) Baker of Macomb, 12 grandchildren, and one sister, Sue Upp of Fort Myers, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Ronald Baker.
Harry had lived most of his life in the Macomb area, and had lived the last nine years in Bushnell. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the Navy from 1965 until 1969. He had worked for Wayland Ready Mix in Macomb for the last 17 years before his retirement. Harry was a lifelong member of the Macomb Legion and the Macomb VFW.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Clugston-Tibbitts. Dustin Lambert will officiate. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Macomb, where full military rights will be conducted by the Macomb American Legion and the Macomb VFW. Memorials may be made to the Honor Flight Program.
